Nancy has been with CNL since August 2023. Nancy has more than 30 years of leadership experience in project management and transportation planning and engineering including light rail transit, bus rapid transit, conventional urban transit, inter-city transit, environmental assessments, preliminary design, travel demand forecasting, safety analysis, and traffic operations. She holds degrees from the University of Waterloo (Bachelor of Applied Science and a Ph.D. in civil engineering) and from the University of Alberta (Masters of Business Administration).
Nancy enjoys spending time outdoors, hiking, cross-country skiing, and snowshoeing at her home in Tay Valley Township. She volunteers at the Tay Valley Township Re-Use Centre and is a member of three book groups.
Nancy is keen on supporting actions to reduce climate change, hoping that her little grandchildren will have a habitable planet in which to live when they grow up.
